The Meadows, are nestled into the landscape to the south of the city centre of Edinburgh. The Iconic Arthur's Seat has been captured as the background to The Meadow's annual spring spectacle of countless Cherry Blossom trees in full bloom.

I have lovely memories of walking through the Meadows on my way to University. I loved creating this piece in all of its Spring glory.

The Original Painting has been captured using acrylic paint, using a map as my canvas. The Original Painting measures approx. 8.3" x 11.8" / 21 x 30 cm , and is displayed in a white mount, paired with a glass fronted black frame*

The Print version is available in two sizes;

- A5 (14.8 x 21cm/ 5.8" x 8.3") with mount (8" x 10") or glass fronted black frame

- A4 (21 x 29.7 cm/ 8.3" x 11.7") with mount (12"x16") or glass fronted black frame*

*A white or a wooden frame are also available for A4 framed prints or the original painting (please request an alternative frame to hello@rosieseasel.com)
